Price adjustment policy during sale events

We have 2 sale events per year, for our spring/summer collection, and for our fall/winter one.

 

If you purchased an item at full-price value within 7 days prior to the launch of a seasonal sale event (announced via email) AND if the size you ordered the item in is available on sale when you place your request for a price adjustment by email at hello@saint-james.com, then we’ll be happy to adjust the price of your purchase with a partial refund on your credit card.

 

No adjustment will be made between 1st and 2nd markdown.
